The sad part about Dilla is that people really started realising what a genius he was only when he passed away, I hate that, why does someone have to die first to be acknowledged??.His beats just straight turned me out, I love his soulful beats like the "Love is" on Common's Be and classics from Slum Village days like "I don't know" and "Fall in love".
