Metro was originally born in 2002/3 when university students Sally Tucker and Simon Bailey started playing and recording covers and eventually original material. The pair studied for their degrees and metro was put to the side until Sally re-formed as a 3-piece in the summer of 2004, by this time tho Simon had moved back home to Wisbeach. Featured Music on our Music Player:

Section II Paul Carter - Vox, Keys Phil Sibson - Guitar, Keys Jon Sibson - Bass, Keys Phil Sumner - Drums We are a four piece band from Yorkshire. Bases in Leeds (West Yorkshire). We play Electronic/New Wave/ Indie/ Rock music. Electronic music with an unusual twist. "Electro Goth" as we like to call it. Catchy upbeat melodies driven by the bass and drums with a dark lyrical structure. We have played all over Yorkshire and Lancashire. Our biggest gigs to date are the Manchester Acadamy, Cockpit (Leeds) and "Bomfest" Barnsley's outdoor festival. With many pubs and clubs inbetween. Please go visit our website www.sectionii.co.uk to listen to our music, view our photos/videos and to find links to our other sites. Thanks for taking the time to read about us and listen to our tracks. Thanks for supporting new music. Section II x
