    Rovetti and Meatballs is well known band from Sonoma County. They have played together for the past twelve years. Their music is a mix of rock, swing, blues and bluegrass. Chris Rovetti, (violin/fiddle, mandolin, vocal) Alex Shapiro (harmonica vocal) Eva Maass, (bass, vocal) Gary Neargarder, (guitar, vocal) Gary Bauman, (electric Guitar, vocal) and Tim Bailey (drums) have formed a style of music like no other, called "psychograss." "Rovetti and Meatballs" is their latest album, with uplifting songs that are guaranteed to put a smile on your face and make you want to dance. Chris has performed original music at sold out venues such as the Fillmore and the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco. He also performed on main stages at festivals like Hardly Strictly Bluegrass four years in a row, Telluride Music Festival, and the Strawberry Music Festival. He also opened for the Eagles at Angels Camp. Chris is a member of the Heritage Music Theatre, where he performed in four musical plays about Hank Williams, Patsy Cline, Tammy Wynette, and Woody Guthrie. He acted, played fiddle, harmonica, mandolin, and sang, always in front of a sold out crowd.

Chris Rovetti has shared stage with the Eagles, Willie Nelson, Hank Williams, Jr., Robert Earl Keen, Elmo, Flomotion, Shannon Rider Band.
Also an accomplished mandolin player, Chris has performed with world renowned musicians Chris Thelie, Mike Marshal.

His performances include The Fillmore, The Great American Music Hall, The Independent, Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival, Telluride Music Festival in Colorado and The Health and Harmony Festival.

Chris performed in the musical play, Hank Williams Lost Highway.
The play took place in Santa Rosa's 6th Street Play House. Chris acted, played fiddle, mandolin, spoons and sang, to five weeks of sold out shows. Chris is very honored to have been a part of it.

He is currently a singer/ songwriter and bandleader of Rovetti and the Meatballs, a high energy rock, swing, and blues band.
