About me:

On the 21st and 24th of March, 2008, 30 Seconds to Mars graced the stage at My Coke Fest in Johannesburg and Cape Town respectively and announced to almost 90 000 people that South Africa had been inspirational in the shaping of their award-winning, platinum-selling album ‘A Beautiful Lie’…the crowds went wild! This is the page for the South African Echelon, a division of the Echelon, the elite street team of the band 30 Seconds to Mars. Our mandated mission is to spread the word of one of the greatest bands the world has seen on their incredible journey by bringing friends to the shows, phoning local radio stations to request the band’s songs, putting up posters, posting to band forums or related bulletin boards online, and maintaining magazines or websites dedicated to the band.
