.. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. Kedus Formerly Known as "Rehab" started his musical journey in 1997 when His parents got him a Guitar. also growing up with a big antique piano in the house created an environment fit for a growing musician. learning guitar and piano quickly led to playing live shows @ UCR when he was only 15 ..playing in a straight edge band being the only one in the band who could never think of giving up smoking the Herbs, soon started rhyming over other peoples beats like tribe called quest and Wu tang ,guru among others. then I got my first Boss sampler at 16 and sence then its been raw beat loops and rhymes that definatley got heard around the southern california areas. Kedus was never afraid to jump on stage at underground hip hop events and spit that fire. in 99' linked up with a couple local hip hop -reggae artists and created a crew called "ingenious Elements" which quickly split into another crew of around 12 emcees deep around 2001 that was known as "Magnum Opus" getting known for going to cyphers as a big family... we dropped our first album in 2002 called paradigm. we all decided to change up the name to "relative Patients" for buisness reasons. and we then linked up with Jah Womb, in 2003 and did an album called "sleeping epidemic" that did well selling albums to people all over the world... which led to doing alot of shows here in the I.E. and In L.A. - San Fran,San Diego as far as I went was chicago......preforming with artists such as.......Midnite,SOJA,Visionaries,Zion I,Of Mexican Descent,Tribal Seeds,Shape shifters, 2mex,project blowed, Sach of the nonce, among others....then we dropped another album under "relative Patients" called One Bloodline. in 2005 and this album was the one highly influenced by the King of Zion Jah Rastafari Haile Sellassie I. then I Joined up and traveled around with the Band "Keys of Creation" and produced a song for there album "let your light shine". the song I put together was called "Lift up Iyah". and I learned how to play roots music and learned alot from Other Rastas and hollistic healers at this time...I recieved such powerfull feeling from God I knew I would always make music of truth and spread the vibes of Positivity to all people who would listen. and this last year 2009 we reunited with some of the old crew Magnum opus. and we started to Push "ManIfest" and we put together another album called"break Free" which is available now for sale. and I am Looking to collab with like minded musicians to help create a good sound. and at this time Iam working on a solo album that will be released this 2010. contact for booking manifestrecord@hotmail.com ................

.................. "If We Permit ourselves to be tempted by narrow self interests and vain ambition,If we barter our beliefs for short term advantage, who will listen when we claim to speak for conscience? and who will contend that our words deserve to be heeded? We must speak out on major world issues, courageously, openly and honestly, and in blunt terms of right and wrong. If we yield to blandishments or threats, If we compromise when no honorable compromise is possible, our influence will be sadly diminished and prestige woefully prejudiced and weakened. Let us not deny our ideals or sacrifice our right to stand as the champions of the poor, the ignorant, the oppressed everywhere. The acts by which we live and the attitudes by which we act must be clear beyond question. Principles alone can endow our deeds with force and meaning. Let us be true to what we believe, that our beliefs may serve and honor us. " Words of Qedamawi Haile Selassie. Ras Tafari.
