Lickle J is an influential artist attracting the young and old from all walks of life. Born and grew up in a town called Northampton , Central England. Coming from a disadvantage background communicating with the youth out of reach. Lickle J being brought up around music such as Reggae, Soul and Hip Hop. Incredible inspiration coming from the king of Reggae music “Bob Marley” also the king of Pop music “Michael Jackson” and Hip Hops Kings Tupac “2Pac” Shakur and Christopher “Notorious B.I.G” Wallace. Lickle j began to write as a youngtser in school, an would often rap in the playground to an audience of children. In the year 2000 Lickle J became a part of a group called Jah Troopers alongside founders, Hussla D, Dolla, Macka C and DJ Spess (R.I.P.). Together they began playing at local partys and Club nights promoting music from Reggae, Dancehall, Soul, RnB, and Garage/Grime. Lickle J being inspired by his surroundings, He too became a DJ playing RnB. However it was not long before Lickle J discovered he was not just a Rapper but he could Sing also, and would later develop his own skill an technique of singing an writing songs an performing developing stage craft skill.
