Iken came to psychedelic music over the 90ies techno influence... in 2004 she visited her first trance party in Berlin - Talamasca, S.U.N. Project & all these lovely people infected her deeply... back in Vienna Ikens sound taste became more and more faster & harder. So she sometimes loved psychedelic sound at the parties and sometimes not! Iken decided to either complain about that or to try it by herself... For her psytrance is like a feeling from deep inside, a feeling known from ancient times. Listening to psytrance is like a dance around the fire hearing the drums, connecting to the sound, getting into trance, turning craaaaZZy. This feeling she wants to achieve with her sets - they reach from twisted psytrance (around 154 bpm) up to veeery dirty darkpsy (160-175 bpm). Her signature is always a big, pumping, groovy baseline that makes you smile and cry and shake your ass at the same time - have FUN!! Since November 2008 Iken is organizing the ROCKIN BITCHES parties in Vienna to support female DJs. She is playing for 2to6 Records and K.N.E.C.H.T.
