Nathanael Salako, to some you may know him as Gauge and others may know him as Benelli Nova. Several personas, one magnificent mind. Lyrically this man can be described as the modern day brother Grimm, a master of musical fables that are guaranteed to get kick start brain activity like a defibrillator and get that body shaking like a house in hurricane. The proof is in the pudding when you listen to I Can Do It Baby. The diverse content of his music pays homage to his Trans Continental upbringing putting him up there with other British born greats like Slick Rick. The statement ‘a mind is a terrible thing to waste’ reverberates decades on and what better way salute the premises that all minds hold the key to our own mental evolution than Higher Learning brought to you by Nathanael (GAUGE) Salako.
