No matter what realm I decide to explore, my passion will be left on the track for my fans to absorb.” Even in an oversaturated market, people have taken notice of Malachi’s unique ability to deliver, perform and sell records. Malachi is far from local, but he plans to launch his latest project “MADE IN ATLANTA” worldwide under his own label HUSTLIN BOY RECORDS. The latest single “THANG THANG” produced by Mr. Hanky Boy of Mr. Collipark Music and “I WANT YOUR LOVING BACK” produced by Ness Lee. Both singles along with their videos are buzzing on the net and on local television networks. Also, with the support of club DJ’s in several markets. “I took this album in a few different directions this time around,” says the Orangeburg, SC native. “The topics range from love, social ills, spirituality to wanting to party.” All of this delivered over infectious beats and strong vocal arrangements. Malachi, like any other boy from an urban neighborhood had dreams of being in the NBA. Fortunately, his mother had other plans for him that did not include a basketball or a net. He was forced to sing in the church choir where he was groomed by musicians and true vocalist. His career catapulted as a member of the R&B group Phiness. By the year 2000, Malachi launched his solo career as a writer, producer and performer in Atlanta, Georgia. It took Malachi no time to lay the foundation for himself by releasing “ The Experience LP.” He received the ATL Underground Awards for Artist of the Year and Song of the Year two years in a row. He also composed Rise Up, a chant and commercial for The Atlanta Hawks Organization. He was initiated into The Dungeon Family by Grammy producer& CEO of Dungeon Family Rico Wade in 2005 and Malachi has been a proud member ever since. His list of collaborations is just as long as his list of accomplishments. Atlanta’s Unsigned Hype has performed a tribute to Tupac “Mourn You Til I join You” and has worked with the likes of Naughty by Nature, Stic Man of Dead Prez, 2PAC Outlaws, Kujo of Goodie Mob, Kuntry Kane of Grand Hustle, George Clinton, Rell of Rocafella Records, Big Boi of Outkast,Organize Noise Productions and many more. He also took part in the upcoming DungeonezeProject soon to be released in the near future. The momentum doesn’t stop there; Malachi, along with video producer/artist James Wade has brought the West Coast and South East of the U.S together, creating the group called ATL.A. Malachi averages 208 paid and promotional shows a year nationwide. He has recently completed a series of concerts called “The Art of Gumbo,” which has showcased multiple flavors of his musical melting pot and other artist extraordinary talents. He has made television appearances on television shows, where he has been considered one of the most noticeable performers to tear down the stage. Malachi has several videos like I Want Your Lovin Back, Thang Thang, Grimey World and Fork in the Road w/ 2PAC’s Outlawz to name a few. Malachi is not only making a name for himself with his music, but is now showing his entrepreneurial skills, starting his own clothing line called “MA-LAH-CHEE WEAR.” This is a fast growing line with an authentic stitch for men, women, and children.
